By replacing existing ICT solutions with Avaya’s networking and communications solutions, Ibdar Bank has substantially boosted productivity whilst significantly simplifying systems management. In collaboration with Fakhro Electronics, a platinum Avaya Partner in Bahrain, Ibdar Bank has deployed networking, wireless and telephony solutions from Avaya, including mobile solutions that allow employees to work from anywhere securely, and make and receive business calls regardless of their location. The complete implementation took less than a week, with Ibdar Bank now able to manage its infrastructure much more effectively.
