Fourteen employees from Ibdar Bank, have embarked on an intensive three months, 72-hour Leadership Development Programme with highly regarded international training provider, Emic Training. The comprehensive course for managerial staff, which began in December 2016 and will run until February 2017, is designed to substantially enhance employee productivity, collaboration and communications. The course consists of three modules; Personal Excellence, Operational Excellence and Business Excellence. Ms. Sama Alalawi, Director Human Resources, said: “At Ibdar we are focused on helping our employees reach their full potential and as such the bank invests heavily in providing quality training and development opportunities.
