Invitation to attend the Annual General Assembly Meeting 2021

It gives the Board of Directors of Ibdar Capital B.S.C. (c) (hereinafter referred to as “Ibdar”) the pleasure to invite you to attend the Annual General Assembly Meeting (“AGM”) of Ibdar which will be held on Wednesday 31 March 2021 at 11am at the Gulf Hotel, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain to discuss and approve.

In the event that legal quorum for the AGM is not achieved, the Assembly shall hold a second meeting at the same venue after half an hour from the time of the first meeting.

Please send any queries you may have, in writing, to the Head Offices of Ibdar prior to the meeting by at least five (5) days.
