Ibdar Capital B.S.C. (c) (hereinafter referred to as “Ibdar”) the pleasure to invite you to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (“OGM”) of Ibdar which will be held on Thursday 6 March 2021 at 12:30pm at Ibdar Offices, Zamil Tower, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

In the event that legal quorum for the OGM is not achieved, the Assembly shall hold a second meeting at the same venue after half an hour from the time of the first meeting.

Please send any queries you may have, in writing, to the Head Offices of Ibdar prior to the meeting by at least five (5) days.
